According to the organizational structure of the Hellenic Rescue Team of Magnesia, the Operations Department is the authority responsible for coordinating search and rescue operations.

The department is composed of the Director / Operations Manager and the Operations Coordinator, and its role is to organize and coordinate all search, rescue, and relief missions both within Greece and abroad, wherever the Hellenic Rescue Team of Magnesia is deployed.

To achieve its objectives, the Operations Department utilizes modern electronic and telecommunication equipment, as well as specialized information technology applications. It also operates a fully equipped Operations Center, ensuring efficient coordination and real-time communication during missions.
