The Training Directorate of the Hellenic Rescue Team of Magnesia is the official body responsible for all educational and training activities concerning the organization's members.

It supervises all training programs conducted for the professional development of team members, while also participating in international activities organized by global rescue and safety bodies (Mountain Rescue, Water Rescue, Disaster Response, First Aid, etc.), in order to maintain compliance with the latest international standards and guidelines.

Under the responsibility of the Training Directorate, instructors and assistant instructors of the Hellenic Rescue Team of Magnesia are certified and trained. These instructors, in turn, organize annual specialized training schools across all rescue fields.

In addition to its training program, the Directorate organizes exercises, conferences, and seminars aimed at promoting and disseminating the latest developments and international guidelines issued by global organizations of which the Hellenic Rescue Team is an active member.

Its staff have received education and certifications both in Greece and abroad from recognized institutions such as IKAR-CISA, NAEMT, ERC, INSARAG, IFDS, IMRF, ANENA, ECOSEP, among others.

The ultimate goal of the Training Directorate is to maintain a high level of professional competence among HRT Magnesia members, while also providing education and training opportunities to third parties through partnerships and specialized educational events.
